Getting Help.

We all know that the hard part is admitting that you need help. It doesn't matter if it an addiction or you feel like you're in trouble if you need help you need to know it's okay to reach out to someone and ask for it.

There are so many ways to get help, for a start you can go out to your doctors and seek for help they can refer you to a counselling service. There are apps that you can download where you can talk to other people and get help or even give help and advice. The list goes on.

If you think someone is having a rough time don't be afraid to ask and to offer help and advice, they might be happy that someone cares, just talk to them and if you can make them smile think how much that meant to that person, they could be feeling so alone and like they have no one and you've just made them feel like they matter.

One of the main reasons I started this blog was because one night when I was at my lowest point and I was ready to give up I found a girl in YouTube talking about her troubles with anxiety and panic attacks and I read her blog and I felt like there was a way out for the first time, I know it's a long road but with the right help we can all get through it. That girl was Zoe Sugg or as many people know her Zoella this is that video she posted I hope it helps some of you as much as it helped me. http://youtu.be/7-iNOFD27G4

A book that has inspired me also is Demo Lovato Stay Strong. It is a book full of quotes and daily tasks to do and it's all a step in the right direction.

'My only advice is to stay aware, listen carefully, and yell for help if you need it.' - Judy Blume

'You can't resolve other peoples issues, but you can sit with them and share the burden of their pain, thereby lightening it' - yehuda berg

Be the one to notice the fake smiles and ask what's wrong. Be the difference you want to see in the world, help others the reward for yourself is the greatest reward you'll ever get, you could be saving someone's life just by smiling at them and asking how their day has been.
